Russian AllofM3.com to get shutdown?

Techcrunch has posted a document (originally posted on Digg) with regards to a recent trading agreement between the U.S.A. and Russia that effectively will result in the shutdown of popular online music retailer AllofMP3. Briefly, AllofMP3 has been selling cheap music, including full albums, without paying any royalties to the copyright owners. Apparently, this is legal under Russian law and as such the company never had to worry about it. In addition, the company claims that they will remove any material if requested by the copyright holder; this is commonly known as the YouTube defense. It is no secret that the American music industry has never like AllofMP3 profiting from their music without paying any royalties and so they lobbied hard and managed to get this trade agreement that will basically allow for the retailer’s eventual shutdown. I am curious if AllofMP3 will end up like Napster or if they will just move to another country where their service is legal until they have to move again.

I cant see the problem with All of mp3. The law in russia would be the same if you went over there to buy music just because you can now do it over the net the Americans have to throw there dummies out of the pram.
